If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from our site, we gladly accept unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement. Please send us your name, order number, date of purchase, name and quantity of the returned items and reason for replacement at [email protected] . 

Please noted that:

• All the return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
• Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
• All the returned merchandise must be returned in its original new condition.
